The safety of our people is a priority and the most important of our six Values - it’s at the heart of what we do.

Much of what we’re trying to achieve with FutureSmart Mining™, our innovation-led approach to sustainable mining, is focused on keeping our people well and safe from harm, and sending them home safe, every day.

As a member of our Health and Safety team, you’ll fill some of the most important roles in the business, working to prevent accidents, injuries, and work-related illnesses in workplaces across Anglo American, and helping to maintain our high safety standards.
