Anglo American’s Equipe Motivação team has set up a professional qualification programme that provides a pathway for young people in the Conçeição do Mato Dentro area to join the Minas-Rio workforce in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
In partnership with the National Industrial Apprenticeship Service (SENAI), Minas-Rio’s HR department established the Equipe Motivação team to share technical knowledge and professional experience with the local young people.
