What is YourVoice?

YourVoice is Anglo American Group’s confidential reporting service for employees, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders. It replaces our previous service – Speak Up – and offers a route to raise concerns about potentially unethical, unlawful or unsafe conduct or practices that conflict with our Values and Code of Conduct.

This service is operated by an independent multilingual whistleblowing service provider, enabling you to report your concerns anonymously.

Why do we have a whistleblowing system?

At Anglo American Group we are committed to conducting our business in a way that is consistent with our Values and Code of Conduct.

It doesn’t matter whether you're an employee, contractor, customer, supplier, manager or shareholder – we want to know if you see things that trouble you about the way in which the organisation and its people do business. YourVoice provides you with a confidential and secure way to tell us about your concerns.
