Inclusive Companies have announced the Top 50 Inclusive Employers in the UK – and Anglo American has been ranked number 31, a 12 place improvement from last year, a clear reflection on the effort to become a more inclusive place to work.
The list, compiled by a dedicated panel of judges, recognises the outstanding efforts of employers shining a light on best practice across all strands of diversity – age, disability, gender, LGBT, race, faith and religion.
Organisations are scored on their performance in a range of areas, including recruitment procedures; training, workforce data and a host of diversity-related initiatives.
