Anglo American has been ranked number 11 on the Inclusive Companies' Top 50 Inclusive Employers in the UK list, up 20 places from last year's ranking and up 32 places since we first featured on the list in 2019.

The list is compiled by an expert panel of judges, and showcases organisations that are leading the way in their work across all strands of diversity.

Companies are scored on their performance in a range of areas, including recruitment procedures, training, data, and a host of diversity-related initiatives.

We are proud to be listed as one of the top 50 most inclusive companies in the UK, a reflection of the focus and commitment of everyone within Anglo American.
