Anglo American plc announces that it has sold its 100% shareholding in Zimbabwe Alloys Limited.

Anglo American plc announces that it has sold its 100% shareholding in Zimbabwe Alloys Limited, a Zimbabwean ferrochrome producer, to Benscore Investments (Private) Limited for an Enterprise Value of Z$90 billion (estimated at US$10 million). The sale is subject to the granting of certain regulatory approvals.
