Speak Up is a confidential reporting service for all employees, business partners and other stakeholders to raise concerns about potentially unethical, unlawful or unsafe conduct or practices involving the Group. Speak Up was established in 2001 and is independently managed by Deloitte Tip-offs Anonymous.
The use of an independent external service provider is one of the ways we ensure that those who have genuine concerns have the confidence to raise them in complete anonymity. Deloitte Tip-offs Anonymous will remove details of the individual’s name and contact details before submitting the report to Anglo American Group for analysis and investigation.
