A number of fraudulent activities have recently come to the attention of Anglo American. People are misrepresenting themselves as Anglo American or Anglo American employees via a fraudulent website. 

As a result unsuspecting victims are led to believe that they have either secured employment with Anglo American or in some other way are deceived as to the identity of the person who they are dealing with. 

Anglo American distances itself from any such fraudulent activities or scams and cautions everyone to be alert. 

These scams normally require the unsuspecting victim to make an out of the ordinary payment for a purpose which the fraudsters dress up as entirely legitimate or justified.  It is recommended that individuals familiarise themselves with who they are dealing with and be cautious of imitators passing themselves off as Anglo American or any of its employees. 

Anglo American is committed to take every available step to expose these fraudsters for who they are and to put an end to their unlawful and fraudulent activities.
