Our Sustainable Mining Plan is one element of FutureSmart MiningTM, our innovation-led pathway to sustainable mining. The Plan, launched in 2018, is designed to tackle many of the challenges that climate change represents, both environmental and social.
Under its three headings or “pillars” - Healthy Environment, Thriving Communities, and Trusted Corporate Leader - we've set ourselves some stretching and ambitious targets.
